North East luxury homeware brand Rowen Homes is diversifying by launching a clothing collection.

The furniture and homeware company was launched in 2020 by entrepreneur Alice Rowen-Hall and her husband Andrew, specialising in neutral, glamorous interiors for all areas of the house from bedrooms and bathrooms, to living rooms, nurseries and home offices.

Designing and selling everything from sofas, rugs and headboards to lights, mirrors and wallpapers, the company has built up a strong social media presence and last year opened its first physical store at the Metrocentre. Rowen Homes was launched by Ms Rowen-Hall after leaving Pink Boutique, the fashion firm she grew into a multimillion-pound company with her mother Julie Blackie after setting it up with a £90 investment.

Earlier this year she took back ownership of popular fashion business Pink Boutique, unveiling ambitious growth plans for the two companies. Now the company is harnessing the strength of the two firms through the launch of a debut clothing collection at Rowen Homes, with a range of luxury loungewear, nightwear and accessories.

The company said the expansion extends its interior design expertise to fashion for the home and “allows consumers to immerse themselves in the brand’s luxe aesthetic, and create their most beautiful life”. The collection features over 100 new lines of luxurious clothing and accessories, from cardigans to slippers and robes.

Alice Rowen-Hall, co-founder and creative director of Rowen, said: “Our clothing collection represents a natural evolution of the Rowen brand, aligning personal style seamlessly with our iconic interiors style.”

Ellisha Willis, buyer for Rowen Homes, added: “Our debut clothing collection embodies the very essence of Rowen, offering a unique blend of luxury and comfort to enhance personal style, while maintaining our brand’s elegant simplicity.”

The Rowen Homes debut clothing collection will be available for purchase online at rowenhomes.com from October 26 at 4pm.
