A five-year residential regeneration project in Solihull has completed.

Elevate Property Group has completed its £40 million Princes Gate scheme that has redeveloped a town centre site.

More than 150 new homes have been built by the Birmingham-based developer since work commenced in 2019, with the transformation of Imperial House, next to the former HMRC offices in Homer Road, marking the final phase.

The latest construction work has created a further 60 apartments, joining the existing 100 properties at the neighbouring Consort House and Royal House.

Imperial house was designed by West Midlands architecture practice firm Corstorphine & Wright and built by Kavannagh Construction.

Alongside the apartments, it has a courtyard, upper terrace for residents and a rooftop terrace with views of Tudor Grange Park.

James Costello, managing director of Elevate Property, said: "The Princes Gate development is a great addition to the Solihull landscape and has regenerated a site close to the town centre as well as providing much-needed housing in the area.
